Well what a Morning,,,brilliant!

van is the best I’ve ever had,, looks and drives lovely!
Sofa and chair are only a month old, from DFS apparently, I gave the bloke £50 for the sofa and £25 for the chair,, hardly been used!

the only drama is a zip on the bottom of a cushion seems to be broken! No problem for me! I shall put some throwsand cushions on now, and thentake more pics! XxxxView attachment 357147View attachment 357148

Take it back to DFS and get a replacement ?

With the bins , I wouldn’t think they would have individual bins in a small block of flats but a communal big bin . Have you looked around the building. There may be a bin room with the doors closed. Have a snoop you may find it . Good luck

I think you will need a shed in the back garden next.Those railway sleeper offcuts will be great supports for the base.
What ever size you get it will never be big enough though.

yes Kev,, I looked when I got here,, but this is what’s occurring!

the council charge for bins now, from this year, and the housing association are going to pay,, but they may have not paid yet!
It’s individual bins Kev, I will prob get one for crap and one for recycling crap! But I ain’t got em yet!! X

Check out the charity shops ianthebuilder. They quite often have coffee tables in the furniture ones, although not seen many rugs. IKEA do loads of cheap rugs so might be worth a look if there's one near you.

no mate not yet, just busy working on it!!

rough breakdown as follows,,

kitchen £1000
Lounge, including carpets throughout, £1000
Bathroom £165

bedroom,, bed, wardrobe £70

van £3,500

and I reckon a good bed and mattress £750

and a couple of bits for lounge £300

i gave some money to granddaughter/ daughter/ stepdaughter/ and charity,, ( street peeps) and I start work Monday with some money still in the bank! Bonus! Xxx

oh yes,, sign writing for the van, maybe£300??
Then advertising and setting up a Facebook page, etc! ???

Without getting heavy or telling you what to do, you do realise this is your last shot at it, when it is gone you have no more to drop back on, £1000 got to be found every month , you won't get one off.
Not getting at you just trying to help , it will be no use saying you don't like the boss or the other workers or the job you have just got to do it every week just to live.
