We've been deliberating whether we should get a Cadac Safari Chef 2. Lots of people on here rate them and so we were looking at how we would use it and why. It would certainly get the heat and smells out of the motorhome but......Our meals are generally based around spuds, pasta or rice, a mixture of veg and some sort of meat. So we can do the meat on the Cadac but we would still have to do the rest on the hob inside, or do things one at a time on the Cadac and therefore bits cool down. How do others handle all this? Do they modify their menu so it's all stir fry? We are not great bbq'ers but like the idea of cooking outside especially during hot weather but not sure if a Cadac would fulfil our needs. We don't have space (or payload!) for anything larger.
