Sorry to ask but unsure of the correct process. Should we be booking direct with the site ourselves (if so do we say its for this rally and how do we know its definitely happening) or will there be a single group booking made and we then pay someone else?

The site have asked me to take a list of Funsters full names, dates attending and length of motorhome. They would prefer it was booked through me and then I give them the full information, so they know exactly who is arriving and when and then we can be pitched in the same area.
When you arrive at the Campsite you will book in as usual telling them you are on the Funster rally. If I remember correctly we paid when we left the site and the extras, eg satellite television, and WiFi were added to the final bill.
This is a family run small campsite who work very hard to make sure we will have a great time.
We are already getting close to full, so I would ask those funsters welshcake lady canopus dabhand Dogeared and corconx to let me know if they are still interested and the dates they would prefer.
Obviously we can start a reserve list as soon as certain weeks are full and it is possible that there will be other pitches available.
We are restricted to 10 pitches during Easter week and the site have asked that I give preference to those Funsters who have booked for 2 or more weeks.
Due to these restrictions it is important that, should circumstances change, Funsters let me know asap that they will not attend the rally.
Any more queries please ask.

I’ve got to be honest I probably won’t be back from Morocco as I’m going later than intended, so I would hate to block a place for somebody that wants to attend, so I’ll let it go thanks, if there’s anyone one still there maybe I can look in towards the middle of April.
