And we cannot be sure until we get a reported case where the facts are four square with what we are referring to.An implied terms of any contract is that it is lawful. If people sleeping in their cars / motorhomes is in breach of planning legislation, and it is, then this is a reasonable implied term - they don't have to spell it out.
And if it is unlawful the remedy may be to make the contract unenforceable.
