I would love to offer a discount, but I dont set the prices....the site do. And they dont offer a discount on the rally rates. its per unit night

I'm so sorry @TheBig1, but I won't be able to attend Bagwell rally after all! I'm rapidly having to change my plans as family are arriving from abroad!! Not even sure how long they will be here!? So sadly I have to give my space up! If they go early (unlikely) I will race down and see if you've a gap! Have fun and perhaps there will be other rallies in South West.

Hi, I would like to amend our stay to one week from the 24th. We are in the process of selling our house and I'm not sure we can be away for two weeks, however if nothing house related crops up we may ask to stay longer if thats ok with you? Sorry to mess people about

Sadly due to such low numbers, it is not now financially viable to do the turkey roast at this meet. we are running this meet as volunteers and at current numbers, the food bengie was going to cook would of been at a loss of over £200. I am sure you will all understand that this is not viable and we have therefore made the right decision to cancel
The Chinese night and the fish & chip supper will go ahead as planned

That's a shame but we completely understand.

How about we have a Jacobs table Christmas do? Each van could bring a little something, maybe buffet style? Sausage rolls, cheese & pineapple, a bag of crisps - whatever they fancy. Just a thought

You started this thread back in January, and here we are in June with such a low uptake.
It's small wonder Funsters (myself included!) don't come forward to organise meets and rallies.
And yes, I will be there! If you thought lack of yummies was going to put me off you are sorely mistake.

We aren't down for this one this year (moving son out of uni halls & into summer placement accommodation) but would have loved a few days at Bagwell if we could squeeze it in. For anyone considering this it is (as mentioned before) a popular well appointed site in a great spot with lovely walks & bus stop nearby to get out & about With friendly Funsters too it should be an excellent rally
