At first I could not work out what was happening as I research with CC on a browser and the app. The browser threw up this odd web page and I did not appear to be logged in. I looked at the app, kapow, bloody new app!!! Firstly you have to create a new password then try to grasp all the new GUI. Why do geeks have to do this, they screw around with a proven working profile and come up with some artistic piece of tosh that they probably never have to use. I am sure in 6 months time I will get the hang of it but for now on my Sicilian tour its a real pain!

I went on it yesterday its rubbish I sent them some derogatory remarks about itnot that it will do any good insidently it has only changrd get on my android phone not my android pad or my win pc

Changed on my S10 phone, on Firefox browser access on pc, and on 5e tablet at helm. Not on my wife's 5e oddly. Also needed to force a stop of the app to get it stable after logging in with new password on my phone.

I can’t get on with CC now. I have been using search for sites on our last trip. I much prefer search for sites it just seems easier to use.

I havnt used Camper Contact for a while. I find search for sites seams to be more up to date and easier to use.
The test will come when we start our travels properly again and find how meany stop over spots have gone.

iphone app has now changed, doesnt show when subs expire now, cant email them as it doesnt send and cant click on the help in the app as it complains about certificates being invalid. All in all they have done a decent job of messing it up thats for sure.

Just fired up the app on my Android phone, no change works fine. Updated the data still fine so at the moment not forcing you to update.
Just had a look at the website & thought it was easier to use now, but I can't see how to log in & without logging in it doesn't show all the sites.

Sally found that, it seems pretty accurate and has a radar feature, its DE I think. Good call.

Just tried campercontact, my full membership expires October. Created password for the new app but it wasn't accepted. Advised a reset password would be sent by email but nothing received yet. They're obviously having teething problems !!! Using android tablet.

I’ve just updated it on my new iPhone and I’ll be honest, at first I though omg but after a few minutes I personally think it’s better, especially the favourites.

Reboot the phone to force the app to stop when you select the login option it will not accept your old pw but use the original email in user. Then select forgot password. It should send an email to the email address assuming you got the one they have attached to your account.

Hate it when it forces you to update then dosnt work !!
Emailed them But says it can take 5 days to reply
