I need some advice please.

I want to fit 2 x 90mm 12V computer fans to the top grill of the fridge and to be able to switch them of and control the speed. There are many speed on controllers on ebay but I don't have a clue which to order.
Could you have a look and recommend one? I've found this one but there are many more if you scroll down.
