Gibralter probably. Our local tesco is 150.9 for unleaded and 173.9 for deisel. Sainsbury/John lewis some 12 miles away is 136.9 for deisel.
We are all being ripped off

Well it's not in the UK that's for sure.
Cheapest I've recently seen is £139.9 for petrol (Morrisons nearby).
