Probably not.
Reasoning: they are part of Spain, they have never been part of Morocco, indeed they became part of Spain before there was a Morocco. OTOH Gibraltar is not part of the U.K., it is a British Overseas Territory, i.e.a vestige of the empire.
Practical: it depends on the leverage of the country that wants to get them. Morocco over Spain, not much. Spain over the U.K., probably depends on relations with the EU. Doubtless the Spaniards will not forget that when they wanted to join the EU, the U.K. held the threat of a veto over them unless they came to an agreement over Gibraltar. The boot may be on the other foot now, or in the future.
