Gwen is getting used to the bigger van now. Coming round a corner in Frodsham and a couple of trucks a bit far over but she squeezed the van through and gave the truck drivers the finger!

Christmas shopping

Well, that all the shopping done - a selection pack of beers from the micro brewery for the son-in-law, and a lovely stone Buddha from the landscape shop for my step daughter.
And I got treated to a personalised bag from the craft fair by Jeff - not sure what to make of the picture of Animal from the Muppets on it tho

In the rush to get away on Thursday I left our Christmas lights at home. Sitting here looking out of my window I realise we had no chance of winning anyway! Lovely decorations and sparkly lights - it's nice to know that Funsters are making the most of their electric hook ups!However, in a desperate bid be part of the competition we will be switching our hazards on when we see the judges coming!

We arrived at the club house like enthusiastic puppy's last night, sat next to a couple got chatting...as you do, after about an hour we asked them, "what's your user name", looks of confusion all round, turns out they were tuggers who had wandered in so their 4 year old could use the soft play equipment, lesson one....never assume everyone at a rally is a funster

Lesson two... Don't go looking at all the other vans, telling your husband "darling id like a bigger one, I think I could manage it, could you drive it?" Doesn't end well..:Blush:

Great Weekend

Thanks Paul and Nikki for a another great meet. We have only just recovered from Friday nights fun, in the interests of our livers we called it an early night last night. Loved the singing though
