When we were looking for our motorhome we had 3 boxes to tick.
Fixed bed
Separate toilet & shower
Room for two BIG Golden Retrievers

A week after securing our Adria we found out our 9 year old hairy hound, Bear, had an aggressive sarcoma which could not be cured.
Then our only goal was for him to join us on our first trip on the 2nd September, he made that trip to Kirby Lonsdale, the following weekend he made it to Shrewsbury and last weekend to Hawkshead.
This weekend should have been Anglesey but it wasn’t to be & we said a heartbreaking farewell this morning.
That boy walked the woods, rivers, Fell’s, valleys and mountains with me & will be deeply missed.

I will miss my boy immensely, but loved him too much to see him in such pain and I know I did the one selfless thing I could for him yesterday.
We’ll still be filling our pretty little Nellas life with adventures on the road

So sorry to read this. Having and loving dogs brings a high price we have to pay. I know how you are feeling x.
