Hi Sue, the best place to park if you arrive early is on the Greyhound Park, Sealand Road, make sure you park by the cinema area not TK Maxx as you can only park a limited time there and it is a lot more room and unlimited by the cinema. Also it is only a minute away from the racecourse.

I know Chester is "Oop North" for people from Essex but it is only 250 miles you know so doesn't really take 4 days to get there

Bad news, I'm afraid. We are not going to be able to make it. Jean has had a knee replacement and as yet she is unable to get into the 'van' so we are going to have to miss the rally and will have to be content with looking forward to next year.

Rapidos are a bit exotic to me with my '87 Hymer - which is booked into the meet - unfortunately when I came to renew the Tax I found out the MOT had expired DOH - so I will not be with you - have a good meet
