Rally Chat Easter at Avon Bank 2023 (1 Viewer)

Greetings all,

This year I extended the previous visits for Easter @ Avon Bank to a rally lasting 7 days.
With the benefit of hindsight I got the impression that the event would have been better supported if I had given Funsters the opportunity to stay for a shorter period, say 4-5 days (no shorter). Please understand, both the site owners and ourselves were happy with the 20plus units that did attend but we could have had more.

Can I have the view of Funsters out there, especially those who w-w-o-r, (sorry I can't say that word) who would have booked a weekend but were put off by the length of the event.

Trying to identify the hidden word, and failed. So can't say if it might apply.

Last Easter I had to earn a living so booking wasn't an option. Now with freedom the whole 7 nights might work, if other economics don't bankrupt us all.

Derek we only did the last four days day of the Plumb festival this year due to someone’s miss fortune.
So it could work well, ie someone do the first half and someone the second.
