Not long enough!
Cc is camper contact, an app, and the number is the reference number of a particular stop.

Scanning probably for illegal people or items.
I got checked cos I had a gas bottle in the garage but it was fine.

Normally going through the scanner is on leaving Morocco, looking for illegals, as for on the way in, who knows, maybe drones ..

That would make sense Sue. It's the main reason they scan vehicles on the way out. If passengers are asked to be outside of the motorhome when it's being scanned upon entry then there scanning for people for certain.

We weren't scanned inbound to Morocco, nor were any motorhomes off our ferry. But they did seem to be taking a lot of interest in every other type of vehicle.
Wouldn't worry about it but if you do get pulled make sure all live occupants including pets get out.

First moho 11/2013, second 11/2014 current from 09/2019.
This year the Moho was scanned inbound and outbound. There was quite a queue on both occasions.

Just a heads up for anyone currently in Morocco with a dog. Don't let them drink from bowls of water that appear to have been put out for them - they have been laced with poison apparently in an (illegal) effort to get rid of wild dogs.
Thanks to CaptainPaul who discovered this in Fez, when his guide stopped their dog drinking from one.

How awful. The more i read about the attitude to dogs there the less happy i am about our trip there next year with the pooch.

As a dog owner and lover, trust me, it’s not your dog that will cause a problem, it’s the bloody wild dogs many of which are dangerous and a pain in the arse, I think they’re encouraged cos they eat all the shite, the bloody cats are just as bad, they would be culled if in the UK, they used to have a neuter and tag policy but I think there’s too many now, just take a big walking stick with you when you go out!

Left Tafraoute about 12 and took the R105 then Right onto the R106, then “shortcut” across the mountains to Tata, (turn right at Azgour to Ifsfass, tarmac single track, no real problems) then right into the R106 and right again on R109, (dual carriageway fast road) stopped for an hour and got to Camping Palmier Tata about 4.30, really great drive through the mountains with some lovely scenery and no real problems with the roads other than a couple of narrow spots where the road edge has crumbled, easy to see and not that many.

Ta Terry.
If I remember correctly we followed the well trodden path of "a wing n a prayer".
I do know that when we were within spitting distance of the top you had to clamber thru a, not obvious, cave type entrance to the summit!

Best advice is follow your nose / eyes.

Don't know if horshamjack or Busman can offer any better guidance?

I do know we can't wait to return......

A few years
Walk up the valley and you'll see a path at the back follow it up and you'll see a gap at the top go thru and go left there's a easiest hole to go thru which you really see till you get by it.
Great views.
