Hi All,
Hoping someone can help. We have a 2019 Sunlight T68. We arrived on site near York yesterday and the washbasin tap water volume is way down on what it used to be, hardly more than a trickle. Kitchen tap fine so I am ruling out a pump problem and surmising there is some crap partially blocking the flow in the nozzle somewhere.
Tried to unscrew the ''jet'' at the end of the nozzle as you would do at home but there are no spanner flats in it so I presume it isn't for coming off. There looks to be a separation point on the nozzle where it meets the body and have tried pulling and twisting it but it doesn't want to move.
Does anyone know if it is meant to separate here and I just need to be more brutal with it as until I know I am a bit afraid of busting it.

The bit I have arrow should unscrew and in that should be a filter gauze which may be clogged up.

Ask someone on the site or the site handyman for a spanner or pipe pliers to get it off.

Hi two on tour,
The bit you have highlighted is the bit I tried to get off first and was expecting to find''flats'' on it to use a spanner as I have done on taps at home but there are no flats to be able to get a spanner on.

Hi Andy 1954,
The start of your video shows what I have called the nozzle separation point with the rubber 'O' ring. The video says just pull to separate but yet it shows what look like threads. Can you please confirm if just pulling harder than I obviously have so far is what's required or do I need to twist as either way it seems to be stuck like the proverbial at the minute

All sorted.

Although there are no flats on the nozzle to get a spanner on I decided that it couldn't all be one moulding so attacked the nozzle with a pair of vice grips.
Hey presto off it came and what looked like some form of very fine tinfoil came out.
Really impressed with the speed of replies.

Cheers

After clearing the crap out of the washbasin tap it was running better than the kitchen tap so removed the nozzle from it and found the same stuff, photo attached.
No idea what it is

I would be inclined when you get back to drain down your boiler and fresh water tank to see if anything resembling the "tinfoil" comes out and if it's accessible have a peek in your fresh water tank.

My spout outlet is a single piece with the spout. So can not be unscrewed. Yours maybe the same.
