I viewed a couple of potential MH's today. I've been doing my homework on weights but can anyone tell me what all this means? Thanks.

4600kg maximum Gross weight, 6600 kg maximum train weight, 1750 kg front axle maximum weight and 3200 kg maximum rear axle weight, these separate axle weights give you 350 kg tolerance between them but you must not exceed 4600 kg for the front and rear axles combined but it gives you some latitude on individual axle weights.

Tell me where this “tolerance” comes from please

The "tolerance" is the difference between adding theindividual axle maximum weights and comparing to the Gross or Max weight allowed, so the tolerance of 350kg allows a bit of freedom in loading but watch Jims video if you are still not 100% and then if you think you know it all now watch the video anyway ;)
