Keep wanting to get there but something always comes up, this year daughter on holiday (lives in Bangkok).
Having a nice weekend camping at her in-laws farm BBQ then a dip in the pool this afternoon.

Has anyone heard how the fire started?
It was the fridge. The owner bought the van in November and it was on an 06 plate. Don’t know when last habitation check was carried out

Thanks Karen and Alan for organising the Funsters area at the festival. We've had a great weekend enjoying the atmosphere around the town including 2 visits to the WI tent for bread pudding and cake. Favourite band was Rod Heron and the Tea Pad Orchestra who had the Big Top buzzing on Friday night and enjoyed the Birmingham City Gospel Choir this morning. It was nice to catch up with old friends and chat with Funsters we've not met before.

They tried to cleanse a bottle of Novichok and over heated the container. I hear that Putin himself personally authorised this saying WTF is going on over there, I authorised one cc of Novitchok not ten gallons of it. Get rid of it. Иисус плакал, все ли они?

We had a very healthy lunch today, Suet Steak & Kidney pudding with peas and gravy from the famous Pudding Shop. Deeeelish.(y)

Really enjoyed the Big Mac Wholly Soul Band and also the Birmingham Community Gospel Choir on the riverside stage.

It was Deeeelish & couldn’t resist the steamed ginger pud with ginger marmalade on top! All the dancing & walking over w/e should have burnt off all the calories!!

Many thanks to all the movers and shakers for a great meet. A very busy festival but some lively music and good company.
Thanks again.

Another big thank you from me. A great rally with good friends and friendly Marshall’s. Perfect weather and lovely location - what more could you ask for.

A big thank you to Karen and Alan @Wombles for arranging the meet. As you know we really do go for the music, the only time in our lives that I follow Nick's plans!! We had a fantastic time meeting up with old friends and making new ones. We will be there again next year anyway but the funster field really is the icing on the cake so fingers crossed.

Thanks Karen & Alan @Wombles for sticking at it with the Upton Blues organisers and getting us our own little patch. Nice crowd of Funsters, some old, some new and some we've never seen before.

Weather was very hot so we had to consume copious amounts of liquids ;)

Hope @jockaneezer had better luck going home than when they came down.(y)

Thanks one and all once again for a great weekend. We've only gone 30 miles down the road and are on a cracking THS for a few days detox.
