Tried to hire a geologist to take us fossil hunting but they are scarcer than hens teeth and fully booked up for the season. The Fossil Centre is excellent, and has some fantastic specimens as well as useful information.
Unfortunately the tide was in, so it was hard to find anything without your wee fossil hammer and guidebook.
Village is chocolate box pretty. Wandered up and down for a while and then went the cliff walk. Was glad to stop and munch our Sunshine Chocolate - made in Dorset and completely delicious.

Site was a great big holiday park which was upmarket but looked as if it had seen better days. Fully serviced pitch but at nearly 50 quid a night I expected a butler.
