Booked a site for Sat/Sun/Mon...... £30 a night, but in that is £6 for Daisy....

Did ask if I left the wife at home is there any discount..... "NO".....

Big pitch with EHU.... Water...& Waste water on plot...

Sea views....

Half hour to forty minutes away from home....

Not taking the trailer or scooters as there is a night club on site..

It was either this or sell the whole set up.... been a bit of a white elephant buying it all...

Guess where we are going..??????

£6 for Daisy does she have her own pup tent.

Have a great time, my money would be a Haven site with the clue night club on sitewe payed €30 a night about 10 years ago in Florence, but it did include everything and washing machine and dryers, we had 3 days on site, and spent the next month cursing the bl**dy Italians. Bob.

Ah right, I think that would be most funsters idea of hell but you are right in that it’s right down on the harbour front! I suppose out of season it might be OK , a bit like Haven and it would be nice and level. I hadn’t thought of that. Highlands End has the glorious views but is up the top so no good for anyone with mobility issues as even the walk from camping to the clubhouse is uphill, OK if you take it slow.

It doesn't matter if it rains and you sit in the van, a change of scenery never did any harm.

You wouldn‘t want to be at Highlands End on Sunday as it’s going to be very windy indeed so you’re better off down at the bottom old-mo . The rain is only forecast to be light rain showers on Sunday and Monday so that’s good news. Have a good time. I’m so sorry you’ve not had much use out of your van. Hope you won’t need to sell it. At least you know it would be gone in a flash.

If Daisy gets confused this weekend by a small woman shouting at her all the time , don’t worry, that’s my cousin Bev calling her whippets. They’re called Daisy and Freddy and she’s at Highlands End. She’s a handy woman to know mind you as she’s a Queen’s nurse for services to District nursing, still teaches nurses at Gloucester Uni.
