Rally Swaffham Bash 2025

Worked his socks off👏

All that really shows is how much effort John puts into the Bash and has done so for many years. Other factors in his life are also a huge drain and John, like the rest of us, is not as young as he was when he started these events I think about 2 decades ago.

Just upset that with my own difficulties, I am no longer able to stand with him to help out but I know many others are so thank you if that's you. (y)

Some Ped racing snaps. If my link works!

And videos if they upload.

Looks like a lot of fun but sadly more important things to do today. It was nice to meet funsters some new to us some not.
Hope you all enjoy the rest of your weekend and will see you at the next one.🤞
Dennis and Steph.

Thank you for organising the rally again. I had to leave Sunday because of grandchildren. Disappointed with Swaffham auction, but understand why canceled. See you next year.

I am lucky to even be here this year and on the hopeful road to recovery, but oh so happy that we made it! :giggle:

It's a great event and you can dip in and out as much as you like and with my energy levels on treatment that suits us perfectly!

Organising events like this takes exponentially more time than you ever think it will and it's great to see helping hands getting involved such as;
- taking the auction mike for a while,
- providing some sounds and singing, - dragging our beloved Peds out of storage. - and cooking a huge quantity of dinners for us all today (lovely by the way ladies).

Thanks Jaws 👍🏼

Great weekend, just as good as we have come to expect but no less appreciated.

Well done and BIG thankyou John Jaws, family, friends and everyone that make the Bash what it is.

Can I make a special mention to Paul & Linda pwilmo for their generous help and understanding of my phone charging problems and their help in overcoming it! Thankyou! 👍

Safe journey home everyone and, hopefully, see you all next year if not before? 🤞

What more could Jaws and his super family have done. Thank you so much.
For anyone who missed this rally, the weather was mostly sunny, the town, Swaffam were having their own celebrations, altogether an unmissable event.

What can I say, what a weekend.

What an effort by Jaws and the family, well done all of you it is much appreciated.

Looking forward to next year already.

Ian

Thanks to all the for organisers and cooks for a very enjoyable event. The musical entertainment, auction, moped racing, fish and chips, and Sunday lunch were all very enjoyable, as was the company -everyone was so friendly, polite and helpful.
It was our first ever “Bash” - we will be back next year!

I love hearing from people at their first Funster or Bash event - it's great to hear people felt involved and welcome.

A big thank you from us and we can only echo what has already been said. It's been a long time since we have been able to get out and about. Enjoyed the event tremendously. Again Thank you to you and your family and the helpers for all the efforts that were made to make the event

A big thank you to John & family for arranging this meet. Also thanks to the entertainment crew of keeping us entertained.
Funsters old and new who make the meets so enjoyable.
Until we meet again safe travels all.

A dry well compared to last year dry Swaffham. Thankyou John and all the helpers. The roast potatoes were the stars though, mighty fine.
