Hi all.
My familly is new to motorhoming but not to camping. Both my wifes parents and mine have motorhomes but we started off in a tent. This lead to a VW camper which lead to starting a VW camper conversion company (which is still my day job and passion) which has led us here....
Having travelled Europe extensively in our VWs over the years as a couple and with (very) young kids we decided we wanted a big motorhome for the familly. This is mainly down to being keen skiers

and as our son started primary school in september we are pretty much stuck to going during school holidays from now on (sod paying chalet prices). Anyway just wanted to say Hi and watch this space to see x2 35 year olds with a 3 year old, a 5 year old and a chocolate lab make the most of their Van.

Also watch this space to see what modifications I make to the interior of it.....

Well it would be rude not to put a peice of kit like this to work on our new van .

What a wonderful 'toy', or would be if I could understand how to program it.
You are most welcome from Bedfordshire.
Based upon my last few years with 'Fun' you have just made a really good move by joining this band of ruffians.
I do hope that we may be able to meet up with you and your family, if you can find the time; perhaps at one of the Motorhome shows or rallies. Alternatively, by showing the 'Fun' sign in your window,:hi2: we may meet on the road somewhere and say "Hi!"

I think the first will be a CNC cut garage storage system from laminated lightweight ply. Followed by some new cupboard doors to break up the mass of walnut. Some vinyl graphics in the living area to personalise it a bit more and tie in the (quite possibly) new lime green doors. Then a fancy new table in the living area.
Other than that its just USB charging points a few extra lights here and there and a satnav

Hello and welcome to you and your family. I for one will be interested in what you have planned for your garage storage system.

Good morning and welcome. What a great introduction - as others have said I too will look forward to seeing your modifications. My dream had always been to design my own interior layout.

Welcome, you may well end up with some business from here.

Especially if you show us all your modifications as some of us like "modification porn"

Sounds good to me!
I had thought about offering a few services like fitting the new camper specific sat-navs from Pioneer as we are an official pioneer agent, Also Solar charging kits, The BR systems bike rack and Fiamma / Thule Awnings and accessories. I just didn't say anything as I don't know the forum rules about offering services like these?

Yes, if you are selling through the forum you need to register as a trader with @Jim
