Seeing as there are a Funsters on here with hobbies and other projects, why not a few pics of your place of recreation?
Here's mine: predictably a machine shop, but I built a pottery next door for Jan and the grandchildren to play in! The gin bottle outside contains distilled water for the loco boilers...!

My man cabin on the patio. My RC helicopters - not flown for over a year :( Golf clubs also not used that often :(

Even sadder, my Triumph (left), K1600 (right) and a pal's R1200GS (centre) all in lockdown :(:(

My GT380 on the bike lift. Had it about 3 years and done about 30 miles on it!!. A classic smoker.

Believe me, when this is all over I'm having a bike and helifest with maybe the odd game of golf thrown in

I have to agree with two on tours post, about his other workshops, but not as untidy as mine.
Mind his cars are superb.
I do my best, to keep Paul busy making things for me, and hopefully when the lockdown is over I will travel up to get them fitted.
Sue my wife calls Paul, the Oracle, Paul has proved to be a good friend to me.

Yvette's Austin Seven van in front and my Coventry Climax powered Mk2 Sprite behind.
I won't show you my other workshops as they are in even more of a bloody mess than this one.

Like your collection, especially the Spridget. Is it an AH variant ? I have a MK3 Sprite from '66. Lovely old fun.

The Mk2 Sprite is a Jack Brabham conversion.
Back in the early 60's Jack Brabham fitted Coventry Climax FWE engines that were powering the Lotus Elite at the time, firstly into a handful of Triumph Herald's which was not a get success due to the Herald's tenancy for it's rear wheels to tuck under when it lost traction. He then moved on to fitting the same FWE single overhead cam engine into Midgets and Sprites but again only a handful as the conversion cost made them too expensive to sell well.
Mine is currently fitted with the long stroke 1460cc FWB engine pushing out 138 BHP on twin Weber DCOE 40's. 14 miles to the gallon driven hard, but a lot of fun. :giggle:

Blimey ! Didn't know Brabham was involved. Mine is still the bog standard original 1098 producing less than half your bhp, but still surprises one or two cyclists.

Excellent! I see that you have been busy. I've only made a few boats: there's an unfinished 1/20 scale four feet long MTB in the workshop right now. Three 30A 1100kv brushless motors and it flies, as this pic from last year demonstrates!

My workshop is B&Q kitchen worktop and Ikea 60x60x60 drawer units no longer available. All the shelving is Ikea too. This is/was our second bedroom. Shortly I will have another island table making it three to maximise workspace. The small island tables are only £40 and rock solid. The larger one with the Lifeboat is £80 with 2 drawers

I have to stick within the limits of what I can lift and get up and down a half landing staircase. The Portgarth weighs 33lb

This was my joy of 2019. A 1985 era model of a Maine booth bay lobster boat. This was discontinued a decade ago but I found one unbuilt while on holiday in London. Only took 6 weeks as compared to 18 months for Portgarth

I made a number of changes to the outdated original build to make her as good as todays tech.
She's balsa on a ply frame then coated in grp cloth and resin for strength. She now as straight through prop shaft directly to brushless motor with solid coupling.

Another £40 Ikea island bench arrived today. IKEA are using DPD now for CoViD deliveries

These are so versatile and easy to move around as needs be.

Gosh you lot are so neat ant tidy, (and talented by the looks of it). Al I seem to make is a mess! So I’ve been tidying for the last three weeks and it’s still a mess, a pile for the auctions, a pile for the scrap yard and a pile for the tip. Then I shall probably buy more crap and make a mess again. I wish I was talented enough to build a hovercraft?
