Sad loss.

I've had my sweet, happy, faithful little Beardie Nell put down this afternoon. She had given me 15 wonderful years of companionship and will be greatly missed.

Theres a space in the home that can never be filled...

Don’t Cry for Me. Don’t grieve too long, for now I’m free, I’ve followed the path, God set for me. I ran to him, when I heard him call, no more time for fetch, nor catch a ball. I could not stay, another day, to bark, to love, to romp or play. Games left unplayed, must stay that way, I found such peace, it made my day. @keithchesterfield2 thanks Keith, but no thanks to the Blue Cross, I recently took on a Spanish Mastin puppy (at 3 weeks of age, sheep is now 8 weeks), so I remain Val 2 dogs.

Sorry to hear this. Been through it so often myself but it doesn't get any easier Glad you still have two dogs. When our previous one went we left ourselves dogless for six months, a terrible time. Now have two, and I think two is so much better than one.
A chap I meet out on the downs sometimes has seven, I think that might be a bit much.
