Thanks for the link John, it looks like he will sell DIY bits too standard rackes may not do the job as I've just remembered, I have a spare wheel bolted to the back wall as well
Have Pmd Cotswold Spice though in case she has one in her handbag:Rofl1:

Don't muck about with a 50cc mate. Go straight for the Goldwing and make sure it's an 1800cc :Rofl1::Rofl1:

Pity you cant make the Valetine meet Ror we could have had a 0-60 in the car park, been invited to a burn up at Santa Pod already:Rofl1::Rofl1::Rofl1:
Geo
Ror if i read it right grandfather rights appear to give Full Moped entitlement. and I take that to mean No Ls and pillion if they fit on would you agree or do I need HGV cos its over 7.5 kilo:RollEyes:

Yeah thats sounds right on a 50cc.

Watch that power though it's probably a bit more than you're used to :Rofl1:

Jans advice to Pammy is to make you fit a back box then just get on and fall asleep:pray:, thats what she does. Just shows what a boring rider I must be eh :Rofl1:

By the way she said a message for the ladies going to Morroco, Primark have a special offer on Kaftans at the moment:Doh:

Ps Ror, don't think Pammy will fit in back box

That's why he keeps Jan so fit (belly dancing) so she can squeeze in the back box, then he just turns off the 2 way radio (bliss:Cool:)

PS:- Geo with pammy in the back box you'll be be able to pull some super wheelies:Wink::Laughing::Rofl1:

Now I understand about the Gym:Wink:

Tell Jan thanks for the advice - I doubt whether I will be able to sleep I'll be too busy screaming in Geo's left ear.

I wish I had known about the Kaftans I walked through Primark on Saturday.
But thanks anyway, I will make a special journey some time this week during my lunch hour.

HI all,
I am new to the site,on the subject of a bike rack,I have recently bought a rack from Linda at Stateside, same as the one in the photo, must say that it fitted together easily and does the job just fine it can carry a bike up to 500lb around 220kg so that gives you a fair choice bearing in mind a Harley sportster weighs in around there,as for a gold wing no chance.
Hope this helps

Thanks for the info Kirky, I have orderd from Stateside, that should carry my 50 cc Scooter no problem, the last big bike I rode was many years ago as a brave 16 year old, an Arial 1000cc Square 4.
I had no brains and no fear in those days, no licence either come to think of it:Rofl1:
To day i would need a brain transplant and courage injection to sit astride a Gold Wing, and it may just remain a dream, but you never know
welcome to the site Kirky, even if you did buy the LAST rack in stock:Doh:
