Precarious levelling

Seen today on a pitch in the Istria region of Croatia.

I've had to deal with a steep pitch before, although not that bad! The solution is to turn 90 degrees and put both the ramps on one side... or demand another spot!

I think it is level. It’s probably the angle of my photo that makes it look as if it isn’t.

It could well get windy at some point - it’s right on the Adriatic coast.

You’d be surprised how far a nose-down van gets lifted at the front by self- levelling if the pitch is also nose down. That’s why I try to pitch uphill if I can.

158mm on ours to get level

unfortunately no self levelling so ramps out if I can be bothered, otherwise park uphill or just live with it. At least the fridge doesn't seem to care

Bugger ....just spent 15 minute searching for that photo

Not far off, but a far from level pitch in Spain this year. The front suspension on full extension makes it look lower than it is. We thought the self leveling wasn't going to stop on its way up.

Its an autotrail lol only a brave man leaves the roof flat on an autotrail. You want the rain off as quickly as possible
