We have loads more Funsters attending than last year, but there are clubs this year with a bigger turnout than us. So no trophy this year

Hello, i've been on this forum awhile, but havent posted much.

As me and my boyfriend Gazz havent been motorhoming properly since 2007. :Sad:
( due to having a bricks & mortar house now.)

Anyway, Gazz was thinking of taking Kampy to the Newark motorhome show, as we havent been to one since 2004/early 2005! gosh..:Blush:

But we'll have no one to meet up with, which will be strange..as the last club we were in was the VWLT Motorhome club (in 2004) but they have long since gone.

So i thought i'd look on here to see if anyone is going to the Newark show.
and found this topic.

I don't suppose we could join your merry crew?
(also is a Funster a new kind of motorhome..or people having fun?..lol
i'm so rusty to this lark! oh:

Kampy is 7 meters long & 2 meters wide.. (shes an Iveco Self built motorhome) and currently is sat over at my in-laws feeling sorry for herself.. as she hasnt been used in awhile.

If theres no room at yours, we'll camp wherever we're put. lol!
we could always meet up with you lot after we find a spot and say Hello! :Cool::thumb:

You'll spot our motorhome quiet easierly..as her name is in big blue letter's on the luton.

(also how much isit to join your club? as we are thinking about doing more motorhoming this year.. i can't wait!

have a look around the rally areas for the motorhome fun banner and the m/h Fun flags flying from poles and aerials......or easier still ...listen out for the liveliest/noisiest group on site. hopefully we'll be somewhere near the main show area.

we've got a sprollie dog, called Toffee.. who loves meeting new people, she's spent her life motorhoming..ever since she was 9 months old.

we got her while staying at a motorhome campsite in Llanelli, wales in 2004.
the site is behind a lovely little pub, with a field next to it, where this great horse lived called Mc-Duff .. he must be at least 30 now? lol

we might have acouple of rats with us too.. pet ones! as they love motorhoming too!
(they've got a travel cage in our motorhome, with guttering going around the top of the van - inside.) so they've got lots of room.

You lot can call me Sam, as i really need to change my username somehow?
as i dont have my scooter anymore. it was chinese and died..so i sold it..lol!

i'd like the username KampenSam - as i use that now. never getting rid of kampy.

HI JIM,
WILL BE COMING TO THE SHOW FOR THE DAY, WILL BE LOOKING TO VIEW A FEW MOTORHOMES AND ACCESSORIES.WENT PAST NEWARK SHOWGROUND AND DID NOT SEE IT SIGNPOSTED FOR THE SHOW ON 28/29?
