Can anyone recommend a source for led strip light “ on a roll “ self adhesive to replace a dud one in my Autotrail ?
Preferably a UK supplier so I’m not waiting weeks for it to arrive

Thank you in advice

Thanks M-J. I’ll have a gander

Also B&Q etc

Most caravan accessory shops if you have one local.

there are a couple of types on ebay with different numbers of LEDs per metre

Maybe not the cheapest, but the LED strips I bought from them was good quality and non cheap tat.
Badknee will be along to sing their praises in a while too.

I got mine off e-bay. Autotrail was having a laugh as the quoted something like £40 for a strip 18" long,

Aten Lighting.
Not the cheapest but the best by far and genuine 3M tape not like the cheap stuff on eBay.

Another vote for Aten, top company who know their products. Always willing to give advice.

Thanks for the link to Aten, that’s set me thinking about converting my garage lights at home too.

Just re-read my original post . Advice should have said “ Advance “ ?

I have put "downlighting" under all the kitchen units at home, All off E-Bay and using Transformers from the same source. So far working perfectly nearly 3 years down the road. The desk light I have under the Shelving in the "office" and SWMBO`s Craft room, is from the same source, Swapped the "awning" light(s) on the last two Motorhomes for a strip of LED`s too. Better light distribution and far lower consumption.

I have considered, making the lighting in the house 12V, using LED`s and Strips. Wired from a central battery supply. And do away with mains lighting altogether on more than one occasion!. I suspect that over a year the saving could be considerable?. With the bonus of continued lighting in "outages", and the possibility of a couple of solar panels to charge the batteries?.

I did my kitchen cupboards with strip lights from Aten too, wired to Alexa for extra-laziness :giggle:

Update

We tested the switch and found it to be dodgy , so a visit to the bay of e and the new one arrived today. Problem sorted. Yay ?
