Nearly aint got one.
Exp
Caravan & motorhome 45 + yrs
After nearly 53 years of ownership of RV`s/5th Wheels/Eurovans/Caravans/Campervan`s all bar a few years living in Spain...

We have sold our Elddis Majestic to a lovely couple who will get more use out of it than we have or did.. (I wont name them... it`s up to them if they want to go public.)

They are "Funsters"... so if you see our old van pulling onto a site or rally field.....

Please don`t go putting hundreds of bottles & boxes of Chardonae under M-home during the night, like you used to when we owned it.. :beerchug::beerchug::wink: :giggler:

Over the last week or two we have been looking at a new 2 single bed model.... and even PVC...

But because of the dog we may just buy our bolt hole on the coast and call it a day on the camping scene.. :crying1::crying1::crying1:

We have had a good few years with a superb club and made some lovely friends... Who we hope to keep in contact with.. And made a few enemies.. Upset a few and made a few laugh.. :giggler:

By the middle of next week we should of decided what road to go down...

Just got to see if I can sell the remainder of my "Lifetime membership to some one...:RollEyes::rofl:

Good luck with your next adventure Mo & Judy, whatever you choose.

Good luck with your decision ... a 2 single bed PVC works well for our large fog who goes in the huge garage under the beds but can see us at all times as we removed the top step

All the best for the future Mo & Judy whichever road you decide to take.
We will definitely pay you a visit when we are up your way.
Dave & Sandra.

:hugs:you can't leave us though Mo!

I've always said you've got saltwater in your veins?

Hope it works out for Judy & yourself, whatever you decide x

Now that is one huge legal can of worms, a challenge for Chris if you can afford him, would it become the lifetime of ancient-mo or the lifetime of the new owner ?

Now Jim would argue it is the lifetime of ancient-mo but the poor sod who paid ancient-mo ten grand for it would surely not accept that.

Hit man ?? That'll solve the lifetime membership problem
Don't want people abusing the system do we !

People may already know that I was the very luck guy who bought Mo and Judy’s MH... what a result that was, especially considering we’ve had some pretty bad luck lately. We hope this is a major turning point!

I hope Mo sticks around even if it’s only as a consultant (and source for jokes) as I am pretty sure he’s forgotten more about owning a MH than I currently know ?

At present I consider myself to be “unconsciously incompetent” for some aspects but i’m looking forward to the journey ??

Best of luck Mo and Judy in whatever you go for. Knowing the rate of knots you work at, it won’t be long before the house is finished, and you’ll be looking for another project ....

Congratulations on selling the van, and I would think Carol will be seeing it soon .... (I am now a member of the NMC ! ? )

I'd take it on, but I've heard it comes with strings attached, well, a crappy joke book actually.
Best of luck with whatever you decide Mo.

Hope to catch up with you both next year xxx

Best wishes for the future Mo and Judy whatever you decide......but you can’t escape us Fun wouldn’t be the same without you.

and another thought ... we have a bolt hole by the sea up north ... but the ideal scenario is combining the two so you can do wee overnight forays a little further afield whilst at your bolt hole ...

That decision day comes to all of us Mo. Our van sits outside too long, what with our commitments in the Faroes, the time it takes to get there and the necessity to spend at least a couple of months there having done it. The pull of a week or two renting a holiday cottage in those parts of the country that are difficult, for want of a better word, in a motorhome and touring from there in a car is getting stronger as we get older. The odd cruise with friends too. So, enjoy the freedom to do as you please and the best of luck for the future.

Don't go @Old mo, we've not long joined here and i need you as a source of jokes for my husband to tell as your's are better than his...............pleeeeeeze don't go and consign me to a lifetime of really really rubbish jokes now!!

All the best to you & Judy in what ever you decide,
We will all miss you !!
hope you don't desert us
Terry & Ann
