Just copying the hilldwellers - we move into our flat in Benidorm in Feb.

Look at the bright side, clean knickers without beating the **** out of them in your well. OK, the downside is your cup of tea will not taste quite as strong.

Take no notice JJ, my son is a huge United fan, in fact he saved up every penny from his paper round money and bought their full new strip, the down side is up to now he's been spat at kicked and punched...... Heaven knows what will happen when he go's out with it on

Central heating man (Paulo) here... boiler not flashing any fault codes but doesn't warm up radiators...

I sense yet more expense...
