Was inteersted to keep this thread going but would have wasted a lot of hopefuls time. The van sold to someone famous that`s all i can say at this point in time..

As an observer of this post, I too am glad you sold it, despite the seemingly negative comments, but the person who bought it it, if they had been following the thread, would have been made well aware of what they needed to do to have complete peace of mind and all thanks to your original honesty and openness. O that more people were as honest when selling motorhomes, including some dealers.

There's quite a few surf schools around too but seems to be all the younger folk
Might look a prat
Some good film on utube about nazare ,lots of older people now surf great way to keep fit and a great buzz when you ride your first wave ,who cares what others think (y)

Besides you may get a young surfer bird take pity on you,,, you may even get a sympathy s,,,g !! That’s what I’m hopefull for! Lol

Very true ....not a great swimmer though
Your leash keeps you attached to your surfboard,all the time it’s attached to you it’s what will keep you afloat if you see what I mean ,just go out waste high and were there are life guards ,longboards are the easiest to to stand and catch small waves so nice and stable .
