Good Afternoon to the forum!

Thank you for adding me, I'm a Brit living in Germany!

Last week we picked up our very first Camper - Hymer Free 600 Campus.

As a Photographer, Mountain Biker and Runner this Van will serve us well! - Being our first Van it's very much a steep learning curve hence why I joined this forum for an abundance of information!

Where in Germany do you live, I must say you certainly live on the best country for motorhoming, it is set up so great with all the Stellplatze, brilliant for motorhomes.

When I said just outside Paderborn I should have said Bad Lippspringe

I was stationed in Sennelager but had the good fortune to stay with a local family in Bad Lippspringe. Had a wonderful time. After leaving the area I discovered that my Great Grandfather was born in Augustdorf. So have been back to the area many times.

It's a wonderful location, we have the Teutoburger forest on our door step and the Harz mountains 2 hours away.

Hi and welcome from a semi retired runner trying to get into cycling, love Germany in the van and we’ve just rebooked this years ferry for next September.
Stayed in Berlin with the MH several times while running the marathon.
