I work outside and have always got a hat on.
Wooly beanie in winter.(keep warm)

Baseball cap in the summer ( keep sun out of my eyes )
But I want to keep the sun off my ears and out of my eyes so been trying out bucket hats ..still sweat dripping down my forehead into my eyes..

Is there a hat anyone can recommend that keeps your head cool...sun out of eyes...sun off ears and not to cowboy 🤠 ?

About 6 years ago now I bought a kangaroo leather hat (I really don't look good in baseball caps!). It is affectionately referred to as my "Indy hat". Does look slightly amusing but its bloody brilliant! Bought from Decathlon.

Was bought a brammah (probably a spelling error]. Does a great job. Don’t care what I look like 👍👍

The hat in question

We have a selection of Tilley hat for all occasions, but for keeping cool then this one is the one we use, the Tilley LTM5 Airflow.

I've been wearing on of those for years. I was lucky to retrieve it the first time it was eaten by an elephant...😇

Thanks...I've always wondered do they actually keep your head cooler.. everyone in Australia wears them so they're tried and tested I suppose..
The thing is I have a draw full of hats so before I go shopping for another new one Ive got to get it right or I'm in for a ear full..
Decathlon is a favourite of mine but a good hours drive..and I'll want to try a couple on .👍🏼

Tilley hat! Haven’t worn another hat since I bought it! Sun, rain, cold or wind it does the job! So comfortable I don’t know I have it on! Very expensive for a hat, but has proved itself to be worth the money, as I have now stopped buying all the other hats! 🎩😀

I've got a 'tilley' hat with Corfu written on it, but you can buy them in any Spanish resort for about €4 👍

It's the cost of the each way flight to Spain that makes them a bit pricy. :ROFLMAO:

Another vote for Tilley. They replaced my first one free of charge after about 10 years, it was getting a bit worn.

Ok thanks to everyone's recommendations i think I've made my mind up to buy a Tilley t1 bucket hat.
(not to cowboy) £65 🤫 .

Does anyone own one of these models at all?

Hats ..stoves ..tools can't have enough of them 🤣

Not one of those. I have the Tilley TH5 hemp hat. Love it.

I've got a Tilley hat but find it too warm at times. So for hot days I have a Columbia hat. I can't find the exact model I have on their website but this one looks as if it will do the job.
