What is Square switch with red button next to hazard switch in fiat ducatto royale 590 1996

If this is an X230 base then the standard is 2 blank buttons either side of the hazard lights, alternatively, if fitted, ABS malfunction indicator to left of hazard, and either, Airbag Warning light if relevant or Parking lights on/off switch on minibus version to the right of hazard switch.

Post a photo, it could be somebody’s modification.
On my 2001 Fiat base , the hazard switch has a blank each side and one has the alarm led in it and the other I have put a switch for using radio without ignition on.
Also mine at some times has been changed because mine should have round switches/ blank, it has near light switch.
