We have a broken window catch in our van. The catch holder is bonded on to the inner skin of the window, and the catch itself has some movement. I thought it might slide off to enable it to be replaced, but I can't see how that happens. There is a hole under the barrel of the catch, but prodding with a paper clip doesn't release anything. Any ideas?

Sorry can't help but ours went really stiff, I could imagine them snapping so I put a drop of synthetic engine oil on each joint, they're better now. ?

That looks like a Polyfix catch, as far as I can remember they are actually slide on. I'm sure there was a video on YouTube showing how to replace them, I'll have a butchers.

To remove, push a small nail or similar into the hole in the latch body and slide off

Can't find the video but did find this:

With this model, the lever latch slides onto a tee shaped block fitted to the window.

To remove, push a small nail or similar into the hole in the latch body and slide away.

Beaten to it.

Thanks, guys - thought that was the case, but a paper clip didn't work. Where can I buy a replacement?

Just do a Google search for Polyfix PP8000, PFX7 or simply Polyfix sliding caravan window latch, (I'm sure there is a slight difference between the PP8000 and the PFX7 but not sure what it is) There are loads of places selling them.
