As above. Door locks fine. This is an homage to colyboys random unanswered post 're door not locking...

Just the first of many ....::bigsmile: when I'm feeling mischievous :roflmto:

If you put super glue in your lock or take the battery out of the remote, that will cure it (y);)

Genius I will get too it
Many thanks bud(y)
Any glue recommendations I was thinking maybe gorilla glue....or sikaflex?

And I said I'd never reply.....buggers:lipssealed:

Have you tried not putting the key in the lock, I have found that works as well, also using the wrong key is effective.
Hope that helps.
Even better if a different vehicle (y)

Similarly, not pressing any buttons on the remote key fob will also stop the door locking too (y)

I notice that you have a PVC. Not quite getting the sliding door shut properly from inside will also mean that it won't lock.

This will then give you the opportunity to leave it not locked or annoy your neighbours by having one or more attempts to get it to shut to lock it (y):whistle::D

By the way, I think you need to start another thread to have another go at not replying :p

Sorry to hijack this thread but I need some urgent help.

When I put the key in the ignition and turn it the engine starts. Is this normal or should I be worried about it, if so what do I need to do as it's driving me mad. I would be grateful for help from you experts out there.

Nothing to worry about short term, but long term it WILL cause the needle to change place on the clocks.
This too is not too terrible as you can fix the problem your self by adding some diesel
You COULD take it to main dealer but in my experience that could be expensive

Ps. Please do not reply as I will get very confused and possibly fall over, frothing at the nostrils, screaming ‘give the goat an aqualung’ or similar

Don't worry about it now, I've got it sorted

But you`re not supposed to give an update on this thread .... just leave us wondering what happened

Are, but to follow in the footsteps of colyboy, I tell you that it's sorted but go dumb and shy on telling you how, even if you do keep asking me. (y)

Anyone want an unfrequent traveller partner....?

:D2

It’s been fun,................. but maybe sliding towards breaking rule 1?
Please dont be mean :)

I have a more serious problem.
When I sat in my van and selected gears I seem to have 6 reverse gears and only one forward, Also the steering wheel seems to be difficult to reach as its behind the back of my seat.

I think your problem is easily overcome if you had eye's in the back of your head.
Now they must be available because I have often overheard people say "have I got eye's in the back of my head".

If you are still finding this driving position difficult then you could possible ask your wife to do some back seat driving as I'm sure like mine she is very good at this.

My problem is with the fridge, when the little red light on the front goes out the fridge becomes cold !! Should the light stay on?
Yet oddly, there is a light that only comes on when the door is open.
A friend of a mate of my daughter suggested putting my phone in there to check if the light went out. I wish he had told me to put it on video record, I did record and the light goes out when the door is shut. Should it do this?

Good idea, do they do these eyes on ebay. Can anyone post a link. Please dont post links to talking arse conversions as there are too many people with motorhomes who seem to be able to talk out of theirs already.

I would not poo poo the idea of a talking arse conversions though as they value for money, as they absolutely full of crap and it seems to be never ending.
