Cleaning Adhesive Off Windows (1 Viewer)

Have had several labels attached to my plastic motorhome windows now cannot remove the adhesive any ideas what to use please?

It's the only thing that shifts tar that has got onto the bodywork. It just dissolves it.

Best results are with wd40, but try a small area first

I worked as a printer at a label manufacturer many years ago, and it will depend on the adhesive used as to what will remove it. Normally either meths, isopropyl alcohol or brake cleaner (naphtha based ones) will remove label adhesives without damaging plastic window or paintwork.
Obviously try a small area of the plastic window or paintwork before going at it hammer and tongs.
