Many years towing and Moho since 2004, presently Adria Coral 690SP Platinum.
Sorry to start a new thread on this but trawling through the numerous ones about is a nightmare.

Anyway anybody have any up to date info on this, is it ok to park overnite there again yet or do I have to use my plan, B C or D, as got early tunnel return crossing on 19th July.

Tks
Brian

I'd also like some sugestions, we arrive Monday at 22:55 local and I really don't want to drive that far. I really miss the Yacht Harbour, even though I had a bike stolen there once.

Use the Calais Aire on Rue d’Asfeld:

Gravelines and gravelines and gravelines, (y)
Hopefully be there Wednesday night, and probably 18 as well.
No night parking at cite europe

There is a large free aire at sangatte, we've stayed there a few times with no trouble.

Which aire at Gravelines please, I looked on campercontact and four aires came up.

It would help if you could say which way you will be travelling from Calais.

Never found that one, where is it, is it easy to the town, not into a lot of walking.
As you come into the outskirts of town at the traffic lights turn right then after about 300 yards right again Into the water park follow right for about 1/2 a mile, well signed. To far to walk into town but nice and quiet.

I'm planning on using that one as well. I usually use citie Europe. Will be arriving after midnight, so just want somewhere quiet where I can walk the dog in the morning before we head South.

We found a black man in our garage when we were in Sangatte in January. If only he‘d known we were heading for Morocco, we could have dropped him off.🤬🤬🤬

change your booking and stay further away. Lots of aires within an hour or so

If we knew. Probably south, but we never really know until we’re there
But which way south? South east or west?

No need to change my booking thanks just asked a reasonable question as to whether Cite Europe is available for overnite parking again.

And I'm only making a suggestion that is meant to be helpful. Eurotunnel are really good at allowing changes up to 24 hours before crossings with reasonable prices

We usually arrive in France at 6am, that way the Dartford crossing is free and not usually any traffic.

A 4 hour kip at carrefour, quick shopping visit and we're on our way to the first Aire 👍
I think I'll stick with paying for the Dartford crossing ... can't be doing without my beauty sleep ... even though I don't need it! :giggle:
