Not long enough!
Looking to book for end of may and it looks like they are not that bothered about length more worried about hight, do I have to book as Freight???

NO Just enter as it states on the web, you go as normal. don't worry about height. Also on the booking form you will be listed as a "camping car"

Thanks Guys(y)
It says campervan, it that the same as motorhome??

Another question, is it cheaper to book now or can I do it later??

i usually book about three weeks before, I don't find the price alters that much, book through C&CC or CC and you get 10% off

or if your crossing 2 or 3 times a year you can now share the frequent traveller scheme with someone else. have a look on my thread over in French forum if interested

Or so the C & CC claim.. See my thread 'should I rejoin the C & CC'
And I now know it is not just me !!!

But to be fair, C & CC insurance chap has been on the fone to me and I have been assured someone from the European travel section will be getting in touch to try and sort out the issue too

I booked last week. Was exactly 10% cheaper than the price on the eurotunnel website.

slight warning (posted before) - if you change your booking with CCC it has to be direct with CCC and not eurotunnel, during working hours and incurs a £ 15 amendment fee - each time
Fine if your certain of dates and timings, but of a mistake ( my end) if you are not

Can I buy an open ended return???

With frequent traveller you can change as many times as you wish subject to availability. I have onetime changed returns 5 times in the past, still turned up late and been put on the next train....

So flexible..

Hi.
Just changed a tunnel trip from the 20th to the 27th April, same time slot,it was a bit dearer, first wife said,"Have you not got one at the same price..JOKING.." Yes " said the chap,"goes half an hour later and is only £3 dearer".
In ALL our dealings by telephone or e-mail ,we have been helped by all the staff we have spoken to,ladies and men.
