Hi all.
Looking for Carthago Chic C line owners with the 4.9 layout(Twin Bed) 2015-16 model, who have close access to their van so I can have some measurements

Ours is in storage some 80 miles away.

My problem is that I have discovered a cracked right hand shower panel this past weekend.

I have contacting the dealer who now informs me that there are various sizes listed in the spares section and asks me to confirm the measurements of the right hand acrylic shower panel.

So that I do not have to take a 160 mile round trip, can any Funsters with the same model kindly measure the said panel and pass the measurements back

Many thanks

Surely the dealer should be able to cross reference your build details from Carthago's database and know instantly which shower was fitted at the outset.

I would have thought so, Just got of the phone with the guy. He is now onto Germany to get an answer.

It appears that all the combination shower layouts are listed against my build. ie Twin bed and Island bed layout. Both showers are different

Another vote for Speedcoat.

Our shower tray (on a C Tourer) developed a tiny crack while still in dealer warranty (used so not covered by Carthago warranty.) They gave us the choice of replacement tray from Carthago or Speedcoat. My logic was if the original tray cracked at 2 years old, how long would a replacement last? We’re happy with the result, which as a bonus didn’t involve waiting for the Carthago part to arrive.

Good luck though, whatever you decide on.

Will have a look at this.
My issue is not with the shower tray.
On the Carthago there are two panels that cover left and right of the shower cubical. The right hand panel has for some reason developed two cracks from the bottom where it sits on the shower tray.

I cannot work out why they have developed as the wall panels are technically non stress bearing other than in there position in the cubical against the structure.

I am presently pushing with Carthago for free replacement as the van is just less than three years old but obviously out of the two year warranty. Going down the 'not fit for purpose route'.

Worse case If the replacement part is far to expensive, will try to get the panel repaired.
