Hi, Does anyone who might happen to have a motor home with a Truma i Net CP heating/hot water Control Panel, have any idea how to possibly reset them? We have a new V Line 635SE (Dec 2018) and the second time I went to operate the heating we had a flashing triangle at the bottom. I. Clicked on that and lost all the symbols along the top of the panel (Heating, hot water, energy, fan etc), and the elec hook up plug symbol on the right of the panel. It doesn't want to reset. Anybody got any experience of these panels to possibly help.

Do you still have access to the little spanner symbol. This will give you access to the reset function as long as there's nothing wrong with the system.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I do have the spanner in the right hand corner of the panel, I found the reset screen, it shows initialising for 3 seconds and nothing happens? The screen will not reset itself.

Have you tried turning it off then on again? Hold down the rotary knob for several seconds until the display changes to read OFF... then leave for a a minute then press the rotary knob again to turn back on.

Failing that take out the Truma panel and unplug the lead on the back leave for a few minutes and plug back in.:xThumb::xThumb::xThumb:

I've tried holding the rotary knob for a few seconds and the screen reads OFF... . Left for a minute, turned on and it's the same. Will not reset, no symbols along the top row etc. I think the panel has failed completely, still it lasted a week!!

I've unplugged the main white cable on the back, left it for a few minutes, reconnected, still no joy.

Leave it for a good while and reconnect accordingly. If that doesn't work then a call to Truma will be needed.

The positive thing is that Truma will bend over backwards to help you resolve the issue.

Good luck
