7pm Doors open to the Casablanca Hall where Ernie & Denise (of Oswestry fame) will entertain us all.

SATURDAY
10am Table top sale. Sell whatever you want as long as it's legal, please use own tables.
Go carting if your up for it (time to be confirmed)
7pm doors open to the Casablanca Hall where ERNIE our resident DJ will be with us all evening.
The Main Event will be The comedy Duo Fungus and the Bogey Man who I am assured will leave you in stitches.
Bucket & Spade of Chips will be on sale or a Hot Pot. ( will need to know when you arrive if you want food )

SUNDAY
We hope to have the American cars on show.
Sunday Lunch.

THE SUNDAY LUNCH @ 1pm Everyone will also get a free glass of wine and free pre dinner Appetizers.

GO KARTS RACE RULES.
8 teams of 4 will race 4 laps.
The winner of each team will go into the semi final.

2 teams of 4 ( winners from the 1st laps )
The 1st and 2nd from each semi finals will go into the final

Grand Final will take place to get the Winner

Prize will be presented on the Saturday Night.

As far as I know, Kath.... it`s a big private car park, and is big enough to take all of us and some... :thumb:

Kath just as Mo says, we have been there before it's huge, if you have bikes Kath I would bring them some really good bike rides along the front.

Hi Mo, Am a little confused. I just asked on RVOC about lunch as I am not down for it. I thought I had booked and it seems I had. If possible there will be 5 adults and 2 children in total. If its not possible for all of us to eat then can I cancel the 3 that I had booked but they think I havnt, as we would like to eat together, so will eat elsewhere.
Why does that not sound right oh:.
