Lovely camperstop just outside Salinas Alicante sadly noone else there. Lovely village 5 minutes walk with several bars. Only 12€.

just some feedback.

i thought there may be some road noise, but in fact there was very little, we both slept in until gone 0800 local time and both had an undisturbed sleep, in fact the best since we left home.

nice camperstop in finestrat all facilities even a small pool. 15€ plus .50cents per kWh for electric. 5 minutes walk to supermarket 15/20 to the beach. Each pitch has its own water and waste connection toilets and showers are spotless. Can even walk or cycle into benidorm if you are feeling energetic.

Just need to watch where you're walking round there.....never seem so much dog mess on the pavements as I have around Finestrat

Combe Gibbet on the Downs near Hungerford - the modern representation of the Gibbet is on the top of the hill to the right.

A nice quiet night’s stopover after the day visitors had left. We ended up here after aborting a visit to Sandham Memorial Chapel due to restricted opening hours, which we missed due to the A303 bottleneck around Stonehenge. Never mind, we’re off to Cookham so will see more of Stanley Spencer’s work there - and have an excuse for another trip!

nice Aire in castalla. 3€ per night including electric In the car park of local sports centre. Swimming etc available for another 3€. Mercadonna consum and Aldi all easy walking distance along with many bars and restaurants Indian Chinese kebab and pizza etc. Launderette 50 metres away. Parking is one behind the other so not crammed in all in all an excellent stopover.
