So glad you enjoyed it movan Joy, I knew you would. We didn’t see the video, was Kirstie there?

It really is an amazing thing isn’t it. xx
Yes. I felt privileged to see it and it really eminated strength. Thank you so much again. I left the building and told loads of people about it as there was very little publicity.... I sent them all there. :)

Yes, I was amazed at the lack of publicity. Such a shame. Glad you did your bit, Deb and I have been telling everyone we know. Jean (our third BUG) is going with her friend tomorrow. Xx

I bet there was a queue of bored husbands standing outside Joy, Val doesn't ask me to accompany her on clothes shopping expeditions any more !
There were men inside looking at the dress just as gobsmacked as all us girls when we went. It’s more of an art exhibition than a clothes trip! :giggle:

Gib 01/12

The famous Straits with Ceuta to the left (with a similar shape to Gib) and Jebel Musa to the right.
Jebel Musa is the other Pillar of Hercules along with Jebel Tarik / Gibraltar. Known also by their Roman names if Mons Abyla and Mons Calpe respectively.

Is that Charlestown FIDGET. I saw an interesting programme on BBC 2 this week about Charlestown, Villages by the Sea. It looked at the development of of the port and how they had to "transport" water from 7 miles away into pools to feed the port water level.

Have to be quick going home tomorrow 🥲
Well, we met up and what a lovely night we had. Denise is a proper lady and Joe is a big daft lad like me who likes beer and motorbikes.

We kept the lovely Denise plied with the HUGE G&Ts while we talked bollox like blokes do. With Denise providing some sense when needed.

She even turned a blind eye when us daft blokes were getting excited at all the pretty young things who came to stroke my little pal Elvis.

A great night and they loved the prices. A large Gordon's G&T and 2 pints, 5.50€

We were sat outside with just a little breeze, but not cold

:)
