Ive got a 65l compressor fridge in a camper van with a 100w roof mounted panel... the panel just about supplied the fridge in spain portugal... over here id say you couldnt guarentee it would , even in summer...
The best you are going to get out of a 100w panel is 3/4amps while you have good light..
