Venue: Drax Sports & Social Club, Main Road, Drax, North Yorkshire, YO8 8PJ
Dates:
Arrive Thursday 31st July (after 9.30am).
Depart Tuesday 5th August.
Price: £90 per unit for 5 nights. (Fixed price)
Deposit Payment:
A ‘non-refundable’ deposit of £ 20.00 is required no later than Sunday 6th October . I will send you a PM with payment details.
You MUST ensure that your reference is your forum name when making your payment for both the deposit and balance payments. Please confirm when payment has been made.
Balance Payment: £70 required no later than 1st June 2025.
* If the balance is not received by 1st June 2025, and we have had no written notification/contact as to why, then it will be assumed that you no longer wish to attend and your name will be removed from the list. *
Cancellations:

Friday 1.30pm to 3.30pm - Line Dancing Lesson
In readiness for the Country Bound Band, I have booked a qualified line dancing instructor to show us some moves. Beginners class, £5 each. Please ask to go on the list. (see list at bottom of this post).
Friday evening - "Country Bound".
There is a Country theme going down. Grab your cowboy hats and boots for a "Hoedown Throwdown" and dance away to a fun, upbeat band that play modern country songs as well as some classic floor fillers reimagined in a country style. There is something for everyone.
Prize to the best dressed and the best dancer!
Saturday evening - "Platinum Party Band".
A five piece band of very talented musicians from South Yorkshire who will play the greatest hits from all genres. Dancing shoes at the ready!
Sunday evening - "Caroline Seymour".
Back by popular demand! Energetic, solo female vocalist. If you have any energy left after the last two nights, Caroline will find it for you.
Monday evening - Free and Easy
Music by Dyna-Mix, possible music quiz.
Winding down for going home Tuesday.
Facilities:
Elsan point.
Please arrive with water on board. Water is available but hoses are not allowed to be connected to the tap, so bring a vessel to carry water to your van for topping up.
Showers and toilets are available in the main building.
EHU - is NOT available but we will have access to a generator, for medical purposes only.
We have sole use of the Concert room.
The room has a bar with social club prices. This does mean that all alcohol consumed in the room has to be purchased on the premises.
Food:
Bar food/snacks available every day.
Friday 12pm - Free BBQ Burger - If you are veggie, please PM Lisa before the rally.
Saturday 5pm - FREE full hog roast buffet. All we ask is £1 per person, as a tip for the staff. Collected as you come into the room.
Sunday 12pm to 3pm Carvery. Choice of meats. Vegetarian option available. Time booked and paid for direct with the venue over the weekend of the rally. Small £12.50, Regular (which is large) £14.95, Veggie option £13.95
Raffle - There will be a raffle running over the duration of the rally, any prizes donated will be gratefully received. Draw to take place Sunday evening.
Dogs are welcome on site, but MUST be kept on a lead at all times, No exceptions. Please clean up after them. They will not be allowed into the main building (sorry) but they are allowed at the large seating area outside the club house.
Any profit left over will be donated to charities. Proof will be provided after the rally.
MHF Membership:
Only paid-up members of Motorhome Fun are allowed to attend this rally.
