A beautiful CL for £10 a night (1 Viewer)

We are all alone on here and it’s beautiful. We’re on the Chidham Estate, overlooking Chichester harbour. The views are wonderful.

We decided not to go to France and Spain, due to Covid, palaver and uncertainty. I did think I would be disappointed at not going but quite honestly I’m not. We’re into our third week now, the weather has been wonderful and we’re finding some amazing places to stay. The UK has a lot to offer motorhomers, IMHO.

Just a few hundred yards at the end of my road along side a park i see a few vans overnighting but they are there late and gone early.
Maybe i only realise because i spent a few years doing the same thing.

Anyway, we keep finding lovely quiet places to stay in the UK. It is possible to have a lovely holiday, in a motorhome, in the UK.

Sounds ideal. We are also staying on wonderful cs in Bungay Suffolk, without doubt the best equipped site we have ever stayed on. ,showers, toilets, guest lounge, fridge freezer, lots of produce to buy and 4 EHU pitches
The Old Sun camp site. Broome Suffolk
P.s. we are here on our own all for £13 per night - £16 with EHU. Run by Funsters and on the list of Funster sites.

Yes but how much did you spend on Wine ?

We had a "Free" Aire in Champagne and it cost a lot more than a campsite, but was worth every euro ;-)

Doesn't affect me, because I'm tee total; which isa strange term to describe someone who only drinks coffee ... Even more bizarre was being offered a teabag once, but that wasn't in a supermarket ...

We’re on a CCC 5 van site near Alconbury £10 without EHU, don’t know price with but it would be a good stopping point as it’s just of the A1.

This one is £11 a night. The field is huge, so even with four on it’s very spacious.
