Do the breeders breed right and left handed haggis? Or do they all run around the mountain the same way?
Both, only problem is when they collide at the foot of the mountain, can be messy
I presume you're referring to the Scottish LHC, or Large Haggis Collider. This is a scientific research project exploring the fundamental building blocks of matter. Ultimately they hope to determine the existence and properties of the Haggis Boson.

Isn’t that based under the tibetan Monastery at Eskdalemuir , as they need the rainfall to keep the collider cool? 🧐

I suppose you are lucky then that you have been able to work, I hope you can get an extended break after the 12th April may see you in Scotland if Wee Willie Sturgeon doesn’t go political again and do something too much different and stop us travelling past Carlisle.

Number 2 son is an archaeologist and during his phd studies he was on Lewis working on a haventaclue. Age dig. He and his friends said they discovered evidence of domesticated haggiei. (Smart arse he is ) after a relaxing lunch 🥗 of magic 🍄 and 🧄 and 🍅 salad 🥗. They even said they seen the spirit of one of them. I’m not sure as it was windy 🌬 and one of the ladies lost her merkin. 💨👍🥃🌬

12th April subject to meeting the 4 point criteria.

Can I ask what the 4 point criteria is?

Sorry to seem lazy, but I’ve not followed today’s events as I’ve pretty much had enough after nearly a year stuck at home.

Thanks Vanman,

So there’s no actual fixed dates for change, just an earliest date for each step?

So no actual light at the end of the tunnel, just a sign saying a light may be coming soon.

Little disappointing, but I guess it’s a step in the right direction.

I’m focused on visiting my cottage in Scotland in June and going to Europe by August so at least I’m still generally on track, and my aim to be back at work in September

How about taking the motorhome out for a long day trip but not staying overnight. The MH hasn’t moved from the driveway for ages.
We stay at home and only drive the car for click and collect food shopping. it would be great to take the MH for a long day out. Can we do that yet. I can’t see anything about that.

I think it’s still supposed to be essential journeys at the moment but if you wanted to drive the motorhome to the shops I can’t see why that would be a problem .

Lots but slow learner.
Read the 139 posts above  Wont be booking anywhere for the foreseeable other than maybe a 777 flight to who knows where.
When it happens we will see if we can get in anywhere............but NOT any of the C sites.

March 29th they are changing the stay at home law to add recreation so probably that date for non essential leisure trips just not overnight until the 12th of April.

They were closed up here at the start of the first wave and everyone knew they would be. I think it was done in attempt to limit the number of visitors but it was a leap to far for many people to think they would sooner or later need the loo!
I remember some woman on TV saying that they needed the loo as they had travelled for 150 miles (when people were relied on to restrict travel and use common sense)

That seems to be unclear. Looks like that’s a no to me.
And me too. I bet there will be quite a big increase in travel this weekend if the weather is good there will be a lot hearing it's soon going to all be over and none of the iffs and buts.
