Zefiro 675 travelling with a baby

Hi all
Looking for some help/advice on travelling with a 1 year old, we’ve hired a Zefiro 675 for 1 week.
Me and my husband will obviously sleep in the bed above the cab, but not sure where’s best for baby to sleep.
To save rear garage space would be ideal if he could sleep in the top bunk, but need to keep him contained.
I don’t think a travel cot would fit through the gap.
Has anyone used a bed guard rail?
Not sure how sturdy it would be and need it to not cause any damage.
Any ideas welcome!

I can't help with specific model but I think a travel cot in the lounge / hab area would be the best solution, and secured in a travel seat for journeys.
It did read to me that if not for the space it took up baby would be sleeping in the garage, lol. I'm sure I read that wrong.

Safest would be baby and mum or dad in overcab bed and the other adult in the bunk bed.
Not the most romantic solution but probably the safest .
