Winter fridge vent covers (1 Viewer)

Hi, I'm awaiting the delivery of my new Burstner lyseo td 744 motorhome. Can someone please advise me on what winter fridge vent covers I need please. The dealer has quoted me £200 for the pair, which seems excessive. My current motorhome is an Autosleeper broadway, which came with the fridge covers. Burstner don't seem to include anything (not even a hook up cable).

I cannot advise on the size, but our MH came without winter covers too, The fitted vents are black and I bought cheaper white covers online and used car spray paint to make them black to match.

The large ones are normally around £45 a pair, wait until you get the van so you can check the size.

They are a couple of cheap plastic covers with cheap clips to hold them in place.
£5 a pair would seem about the right price to me.

You can probably make some nice ones out of 2mm acrylic. All colours available on ebay

Proper ones will leave a gap, for ventilation, don't be tempted to cover the whole opening.

I just made mine from laminated a4 cardboard and fitted them inside the grill alsoleaves a small vent
