After turning the van and house garage upsidedown I found my volt/amp meter in the van at the second atempt.
I should have remembered it was there

After a nine month loss, and serious consideration of buying a replacement, I found my kindle under a blanket tucked under a blanket in the top locker. Needed the blanket down at Wiscombe Park a couple of weeks ago.
I rejoined the local library to keep me supplied !

Same here that would amount to over a 100 books I could have wasted my time reading.

But I have rediscovered libraries. Much easier now we have a card to allow us to access any local library at any time even if closed. Can renew online too.

Well I love using the local library like you but I am very fond of my kindle, I don’t read books on my tablet as that just isn’t ‘right’

Whilst rooting about I found a sticker of Concorde from the German air museum so I assume the vans been to Germany without us!

I don't want to hijack the thread, but you might be able to combine the two. Our local library has ebooks to borrow. I always load my Samsung with books for a trip and can change them when I have internet.

€50 !!! When we went away to Ireland I couldn't find my alternate wallet, the one I keep Euros in so just carried on without it.

Sorting out when we got back, of course found it - with a €50 note I'd completely forgotten about inside!

Should I spend it on Lottery tickets do you think?

I did think about starting the thread re what I have found in the house garage since I stared looking for the volt meter but the list would be too large
